Theo (he/him) is an AuHD, IndigiQueer piercing apprentice at Elemental Body Adornment. While Theo is Esk’etemc, he was born and raised on the unceded territories of the Kómoks First Nations.

 

Before diving into his apprenticeship Theo studied Sociology and Psychology with a focus on Queer and Trans youth. Although he discontinued his studies to pursue an opportunity in his dream career of piercing, Theo continuously incorporates what he has learned into his work with his clients. Outside of piercing, Theo is an artist with a deep love for DIY projects, designing and creating his own clothes, and curating spunky styles. He is also very active in the local drag community, where he continues to celebrate self-expression, creativity, community, and resilience.

 

Theo has been into body modifications and piercings since his youth, finding the autonomy and personal freedom they offer empowering. Theo loves helping his clients embrace and love their differences, using piercings as a tool for self-expression and confidence. Everyone’s body is a canvas, and he is here to help make yours shine! 

 

Theo loves working with bold, chunky looks, and as a punk/metal head, he’s excited to get creative with abstract and unconventional styles. If you’re looking for something unique and expressive, Theo is your person.
